Zsanna Samuels-Secrease
Domestic Violence Counselor, Case Manager
I am a trauma-informed Domestic Violence Counselor and Case Manager with more than 30 years of experience in community advocacy and direct support services. As a survivor of community violence and the founder of VOICES of the Bay Area, I bring a deeply personal understanding to my work, grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and a commitment to client centered care.
In my role, I support individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, human trafficking, intimate partner violence, and community trauma through crisis intervention, safety planning, resource navigation, and long-term stabilization. I believe in walking with clients through every step of their journey from surviving to thriving, ensuring they feel empowered, supported, and equipped with the tools needed to rebuild their lives.
My mission is to provide trauma-responsive services that honor each person’s dignity, lived experience, and resilience, while fostering healing, hope, and long-term independence.
